Who can go in your contact list?
Your contact list can hold both your Skype contacts (other people with Skype) and numbers for people currently not on Skype (known as SkypeOut contacts). It’s easy to add a contact.
Ways to make contact
Click on a contact’s name to highlight their details. Now you will be able to view any stored numbers you have entered, and also contact the person by IM by clicking the blue chat icon or by calling them using the green icon. You can also send them a text message or click the Menu button to see other ways to interact with them.

How to add contacts
There are a number of ways you can add more people to your contact list. You can search the database for people already on Skype; add telephone numbers for phones or cell phones; or import contacts from your address books with MS Outlook®, Outlook Express®, Gmail™, Hotmail® or mail account at Yahoo!.
